Zenit digital assistants

Digital Assistants for the Applications

Rudolf, Sári and Panni are digital assistants prepared for the specific tasks of the applications.

Rudolf, Sári and Panni are the built-in digital assistants of the Zenit web applications. Each has its own knowledge, responsibilities and character tailored to the application it supports. They help users navigate the interface, understand functions, open frequently used pages and identify data that may need checking or completion.

Application-specific digital assistants

The assistants in Zenit applications are not general-purpose chatbots. Each one knows the functions, concepts and typical workflows of the application for which it was created.

Users can ask for help using simple Hungarian sentences. The assistant recognises usage, search and navigation requests, then provides an explanation, applies a filter, opens a page or directs the user to the appropriate function.

Rudolf, the strict librarian

Rudolf is a somewhat grumpy but consistent librarian character. His primary focus is data accuracy, inventory order and shortcomings in the book registry.

He notices when a book is missing an ISBN, cover, barcode or storage location. With his help, incomplete, uncertain or review-required book records can be found quickly.

  • Identify possible duplicate book records.
  • Check the consistency of inventory and lending data.
  • Open data-quality and inventory-alert filters.
  • Open the selected book's datasheet.

Sári, the enthusiastic book collector

Sári is an enthusiastic, curious and fast-working book collector character. She primarily focuses on how convenient, clear and understandable the book registry is to use.

Book covers, series, books already read and personal book lists are especially important to Sári. She also pays particular attention to making the application easy to use on mobile phones and as an installable web application.

Panni, the household cash assistant

Panni is the digital assistant of the Zenit Household Cash Register. She helps users make the management of income, expenses, payment deadlines, budgets and financial reports easier to understand.

Panni explains how the application works, helps users find the right page and shows how financial data can be recorded and organised consistently. She does not, however, make financial decisions on the user's behalf.

  • Help interpret forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide guidance on managing receipts and attachments.

Three different perspectives

The three assistants represent different roles. Rudolf checks data accuracy and inventory order, Sári focuses on comfortable and engaging use, while Panni supports consistent recording and interpretation of financial data.

Three different perspectives
Assistant Application Main task
Rudolf Zenit Book Registry Data quality, inventory, and identification of missing or inconsistent book data
Sári Zenit Book Registry Book collecting, search, covers, lists and ease of use
Panni Zenit Household Cash Register Helping users work with financial data, payments, budgets, reports and forecasts

Built-in usage knowledge

Instead of traditional help windows that must be opened separately, the digital assistants provide the knowledge needed to use the applications directly through the conversation interface.

They can show not only where a function is located, but also explain what it is for, which data should be entered and which common mistakes deserve attention.

Safe operation

The assistants can use only predefined, safe functions. They do not replace the user and cannot bypass the applications' authorisation or privacy rules.

  • They do not send user data to external services.
  • They do not write directly to the database.
  • They do not delete or save records automatically.
  • They do not bypass sign-in or access permissions.
  • They can navigate only to pages the user is otherwise authorised to access.
  • Final decisions are always made by the user.

An assistant system that can continue to grow

The knowledge of Zenit digital assistants can be expanded as the applications evolve. New functions can be accompanied by new explanations, navigation options, validation rules and quick actions.

Additional Zenit applications may later receive their own digital assistants tailored to their specific tasks. This allows every assistant to understand the concepts, pages and common workflows of its own system.

The purpose of the digital assistants is to make application functions not only available, but also easy to find and understand.
