Other Web Applications

Book and household registers for organised and searchable management of everyday data.

Zenit web applications

Zenit Programs developments include not only welding-technology and engineering software, but also more general web applications that support everyday record keeping, organisation and data-management tasks.

These applications share a common approach: easy-to-use, browser-based, Hungarian-language interfaces that make data clearer, reduce manual administration and help build searchable, well-organised records.

The web applications are not intended to replace complex enterprise-management systems. Instead, they provide practical, easy-to-use solutions for clearly defined tasks. Whether the task is managing a book collection, keeping household financial records or, later, another specialised data-management need, the emphasis remains on clarity, searchability and consistent data handling.

Available web applications

Zenit Book Registry

The Zenit Book Registry is a detailed web-based book-database management application designed to support the organised management of private collections, family libraries or smaller institutional collections.

The system stores more than basic book information. It also helps manage covers, authors, series, subjects, genres, storage locations, lending, inventory data and missing information. This turns a book collection from a simple list into a genuinely usable, searchable and maintainable register.

Household Cash Register

The Household Cash Register is an easy-to-use web-based financial record application for tracking household income, expenses and recurring payments.

Its purpose is to keep financial transactions in one consistent, searchable system rather than in separate spreadsheets, notes or memory. Monthly, annual and multi-year summaries can be created from the recorded data, making it easier to understand where money has been spent, which recurring items occur and how the financial balance develops.

Why are these applications useful?

A well-designed register does more than store data: it helps keep things organised. Important information can be found faster, forgotten or duplicate entries can be reduced, and everyday administration remains clearer over the long term.

Ease of use, logical data structures, filtering, searchability and future extensibility are important considerations in the development of Zenit web applications. The goal is to create systems that do not overwhelm users, while still enabling much more organised workflows.

AI-assisted development methods also play a role in creating the web applications, helping with faster prototyping, designing data structures and planning functions around user needs.
